1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdromi ("bdromi", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdromi platform, website, games, sports betting services and all related services accessible at bdromi.app.

By registering a bdromi account, logging in to an existing account, or using any part of the bdromi platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdromi platform. bdromi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register a bdromi account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. The minimum legal gambling age at bdromi is 21.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bdromi or have an account that was previously closed for Terms violations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, registered mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process.

bdromi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bdromi account. If you discover an error has resulted in more than one account being created in your name, you must notify bdromi immediately at [email protected]. bdromi will close the duplicate account and transfer the balance to the primary account at its sole discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bdromi account. You must:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any other person;
• Not allow any other person to use your account or access the platform through your credentials;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify bdromi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

bdromi will never ask for your full password via email, SMS or live chat. If you receive a communication purportedly from bdromi requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team at once.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

bdromi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed within your bdromi account at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. bdromi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete. bdromi targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one to four hours for supported mobile wallet methods. Withdrawal times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays or where additional verification is required. bdromi reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

bdromi does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bdromi accepts no liability. Currency conversion is not applicable as all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdromi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside each individual offer and may include:

• Minimum deposit thresholds to qualify;
• Wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be played through before withdrawal);
• Eligible games or sports markets;
• Expiry dates after which unused bonus funds are forfeited;
• Minimum odds restrictions on qualifying bets.

bdromi prohibits bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdromi reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from that bonus and close the account.

bdromi reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdromi platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software that interacts with the platform other than standard web browsers;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or exploit any part of the bdromi platform or its game software;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against legitimate transactions;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including proceeds of crime or money laundering;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bdromi staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the bdromi platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game supplier's rules on a specific game matter, the game supplier's rules shall take precedence for that specific matter.

For sports betting, bdromi reserves the right to void any bet where:

• An obvious pricing error has occurred that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect;
• The event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed or significantly altered;
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was predetermined or subject to match-fixing;
• The bet was placed after the result of the event was already known.

All bets placed on bdromi are final once confirmed. Players should review their bet slip carefully before confirming. bdromi does not accept responsibility for errors in bets placed by the player, including incorrect selection, incorrect stake amount or duplicate bets.

Maximum win limits may apply to specific markets or game types. Where applicable, the maximum payout limit will be displayed within the relevant game or market before the bet is placed. bdromi will not pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum regardless of the nominal amount displayed during gameplay.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdromi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide tools within every player account to support responsible gaming, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools can be activated at any time through your account settings without requiring contact with the support team.

Players who self-exclude will have their account suspended for the period selected. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms.

bdromi reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where patterns of play suggest a player may be at risk, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period or closing the account entirely.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdromi platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks and interface design, is the exclusive property of bdromi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license or create derivative works from any part of the bdromi platform without the express written consent of bdromi.

The bdromi name and logo are trademarks of bdromi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdromi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures or errors caused by third-party service providers;
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdromi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bdromi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and these Terms being satisfied. Pending bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

bdromi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A player has breached these Terms;
• bdromi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continuation of the account would expose bdromi to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by bdromi due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. bdromi will communicate the reason for account closure to the player via the registered email address where it is lawful to do so.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bdromi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the bdromi platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdromi endeavours to resolve player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

bdromi's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to manifest error. Where a manifest error is identified, bdromi reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the player's account balance to its pre-error state.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdromi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdromi platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.
